- Q: What warranty can I get from Yumnaco's products?
- A: We will give you two choices compensation for defect manufacture products supplied with an evidence of damaged products complaint form returned to us. We will credit you amount of items or we will send you the replacement or we will replace the defect item (s). All damaged must be notified to us within 48 hours of receiving the container and we require that you supply a picture on your complaint for claim
- Q: What are the irregularities in texture and finish tone I have noticed on my furniture?
- A: Nature marks with tree with its own character, creating the markings and patterns in wood solids. Each type of woods has its own distinct characteristics and presents different challenges to our experts to finish as our standards.
- Q: What finish does Yumnaco use for its products?
- A: The most important thing in finishing furniture is to make the wood grain to appear naturally; therefore we use NC as it can bring the wood as natural as possible. We also make whitewash paint furniture
- Q: Can I order my furniture in a color I like?
- A: Yes, it is possible to order furniture with different color from the one we usually use. Therefore we need a sample of board with specific color requested to avoid any mismatch. Please contact us for further assistant.
- Q: Can I order my furniture with my own design and measurement?
- A: Yes, we are basically manufacturer. As a manufacturer, we are able to fulfill your order with your own design and measurement. It is advised that you provide technical drawing to avoid misleading.
- Q: What are my options when I order upholstered furniture?
- A: You are welcome to provide your own fabric and put a special note on order form. In determining how many yards of upholstery you will need to provide us detail fabric condition (ie. width, repeat, and if it is a railroaded pattern). We will be to cross-reference this information with the dimension of your ordered furniture piece and confirm much upholstery you will need to provide)
- Q: What material you use?
- A: We use teak wood as our main material. We ensure quality by using teak timber from PT Perhutani since it is the best material resource for teak and other timbers. We don't want to put our business at stake by using people's plantation since the quality is not as best as PT Perhutani.
